April 19th is coming up quickly and we are hard at work.
One of the ways that we have started to raise Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia awareness is by billboards and getting buildings lit in pink, blue and yellow. Last year was a banner year for buildings lit for CDH!
In North Carolina, we had this pretty well-known building to light up:
We're still working on the Empire State Building and the White House, but we will get there!

Lots of CDH families are contacting us about how to get more building lit up. Our hope is to have 50 this year and 100 next year.
That's a lot of letter writing here at our charity to raise awareness! Letters to building managers, letters to governors and mayors, letters to you. But each letter takes a step closer to bringing CDH to the public eye.
